Are the RV’s brand new?

The age of each RV is listed under the vehicle description and range from brand new to 8 years old. All of the RVs undergo very strict and scheduled maintenance each time they are returned.

How do I choose the right RV for me?

RVs are categorized in berths, or in simple terms, how many people they can sleep comfortably. All of the RVs details and features can be viewed on our website by clicking on Motorhomes from the menu bar.

Do any of the RVs have TV and DVD player?

Yes, the full details are listed under the vehicle description.

What about insurance?

When clients ask about insurance, they are referring to liability (also known as the deductible). Please refer to 'What is Liability and can I reduce my Liability'.

What about bond payments?

A bond payment is collected at the time of pick up and is a promise that you will return the vehicle on the date stated on your voucher and return the vehicle full of fuel.

The bond can only be paid via credit card.

The bond will be refunded to your credit card on return of the rental. In most cases the bond is drawn from your credit card, the rental company will not be responsible for any fluctuation in the exchange rate.

Administration Fees may apply to the bond amount which will not be refunded.

What is liability?

Liability is the agreed amount you will pay in case of damage or accident, regardless of fault.

What is included in the hire?

The full list of inclusions will be listed on your detailed quote if you enter your name and email address via the website.

What is the 'Vehicle Preparation Fee' or 'Starter Pac'?

A fee may apply on collection of the vehicle to cover the vehicle preparation and equipment. This can include pre-cleaning and mechanical servicing, 1st tank of propane gas, toilet chemicals and vehicle kit (pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, broom, dust bin, flashlight).

What does 'Vehicle Consultation' mean?

On pick up of the vehicle the staff will provide a complimentary vehicle consultation. This includes an explanation of all the interior and exterior features of the vehicle as well as driving tips.

What is in the 'Welcome Pack'?

Each vehicle is supplied with a complimentary pack for the first night. The pack contains matches, mini shampoo and conditioner, dishwashing liquid, sponge, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea and sugar sachets.

Do the RVs have unlimited mileage?

The Standard Pack includes limited mileage and mileage packs can be purchased. Excess miles are charged at rate of approx $0.32 - $0.45 per mile upon return of the vehicle. No refund is given for unused miles.

How do I obtain a quote?

You can obtain a quote by clicking here and following a few simple steps.

To receive a fully detailed quote by email for your selected vehicle, please enter your name and email address.

How do I convert my quote to a booking?

Convert your quote to a booking by clicking on the ‘Book Now’ button on your quote.

Alternatively, you can convert your quote to a booking by clicking Convert Quote from ‘Your Rental’ on the menu bar.

Complete the booking form and we will confirm your booking request within 24 hours or the next business day.

Should the RV you have requested not be available, we will contact you with an alternative prior to charging your card.

Are there free airport transfers to the branch?

It is the responsibility of the renter to get to and from the airport to the branch in most cases. Some companies provide a paid airport transfer to the branch.

Can I collect or return the vehicle outside of branch hours?

No, all vehicles must be collected inside branch hours.

Can I travel in a one way direction?

Yes, between all branches one way rentals are permitted but a minimum number of days apply. There can also sometimes be a one way surcharge (this will be included on your quote if applicable).

Can multiple bookings be combined for a lower rental rate?

Yes, if you have multiple quotes these can be combined to give you a long term hire discount on both rentals. To do this you will have to email us as the system will not know about your other rentals.

Can I make secure internet payments?

Yes. When submitting your booking request you enter your credit card details on a secure site. Alternatively you can contact us by phone to make your reservation.

Any payment made to Jurnii RV Rentals will be subject to a 2% credit card surcharge. This is subject to change without notice.

Are additional drivers included?

Additional drivers are included with the hire. Any additional driver must be present at time of pick up to present their drivers license.

What about baby seat requirements?

Each State in USA has its own child seat laws.

Are there any travel restrictions?

Yes, there are areas that are strictly not permitted to travel into.

Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for specific travel restrictions.

What about cancellation & amendment fees?

What are the drivers license requirements?

A current and full motor vehicle drivers license is required. If the drivers license is not in English an international drivers license is required. An accredited English Translation will be accepted in lieu of an international driving permit. The drivers license must have been held for at least two years and be valid for the whole length of the rental. The original drivers license must be shown at time of pick up when the driver is present. Any additional driver must also be present.

Are there any age restrictions for driving a RV?

Drivers must be 21 years of age or over (some companies advise 25+ years). For drivers 75 years of age or over, a current medical certificate stating that the customer is fit to drive for the duration of the hire is required upon vehicle collection.
