TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CRUISE AMERICA WIN BACK $250 COMPETITION
PRIZE
Depending on individuals booking one of the following applies:
- USD$250 deducted from any balance payable on pickup
- Total amount reduced by USD$250
- USD$250 Refunded back to original form of payment
HOW TO ENTER
Entry to the competition will be automatic for any customers who book a Cruise America vehicle between the 1st April 2015 and 31st August 2015, for travel between 1st September and 31st of December 2015.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- Information on the prizes and how to enter form part of the terms and conditions of entry.
- Entries are via Discovery Rentals reservation team. All bookings to be made by 5pm 31st August 2015.
- Eligible participants must make a Cruise America RV booking and actually travel.
- Entry is open to Australian and International residents aged 21 years or over.
- Employees of Discovery Rentals, Deck Chair Cruising, Cruise America and their immediate families, companies, participating outlets and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
- There is no entry fee to enter this competition.
- The winner will be determined by a random draw. This winner will be announced at the offices of Discovery Rentals on the 1st of September 2015.
- There will be one winner selected only.
- The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner's name will be published on the Discovery Rentals and Jurnii websites and Social Media pages on 1st of September.
- The winner must abide by the terms and conditions of all parties involved.
- The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- The prize will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled.
- Total prize value is USD$250
- The Promoter and competition partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- The promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who appears to have tampered with the entry process, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical securities, administration securities, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- The winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
- All entries become the property of the promoter and all entries are accepted on the condition that entrant contact details will be shared with all parties involved; including; Deck Chair Cruising and Cruise America
- All entries will be entered into a database and the promoter and competition partners may use the winners' names and email addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid, unless otherwise advised by the entrant. All entrants will be given the opportunity to opt out of any promotional material in all future correspondence.
- The competition commences on 1st April and concludes on 31st August 2015. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late or lost entries.
